TutiRooms.com is a platform operated by PACHILCA S.L. (Tax ID B-25922626) acting as a marketplace for hourly stay listings, connecting guests with independent advertising venues. TutiRooms does not operate, manage or own the listed accommodations.

Bookings

Booking requests submitted through the site's form are confirmed via WhatsApp with the TutiRooms team. Payment is made directly at the venue on arrival; TutiRooms does not process online payments.

Minimum age

Use of the booking service is restricted to persons over 18 years of age.

Pricing

Promotional prices shown on the site are limited-time launch prices. Any surcharge for additional guests (3 or 4 people) is shown in the booking form before confirming.

Venues

The accommodations listed on TutiRooms are independent businesses responsible for providing the accommodation service. New venue sign-ups are handled directly by the TutiRooms team following initial contact via the List your venue form.

Liability

TutiRooms acts as a technology and marketing intermediary between guests and venues. It is not responsible for the quality, safety or conditions of accommodation provided by third parties, without prejudice to the checks and standards TutiRooms requires of listed venues.

Changes

PACHILCA S.L. may amend these terms at any time by publishing the current version on this page.
