Data we collect

When you use the booking form or the venue sign-up form, we collect: name, booking details (location, room type, date, time slot, number of guests) or business contact details (name, phone, email, address). We also collect technical browsing data (analytics client ID, cookies, IP address) as detailed in our Cookie Policy.

Purpose

To process your booking request or your venue application, and to contact you via WhatsApp or email to confirm it. Browsing data is used to measure site performance and advertising campaigns.

Legal basis

Performance of the pre-contractual relationship you request by submitting the form, and consent for non-essential cookies (managed via the site's preference panel).

Retention

Data is kept for as long as necessary to process your request, and afterwards for the periods required by law.

Recipients

Data is not shared with third parties except where legally required. We use analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google Ads, Meta) providers acting as data processors, with the corresponding cookies subject to your consent.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@tutirooms.com. You may also file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
