The adventure begins! Welcome to TutiRooms
Today is a special day. On July 15, TutiRooms opens its doors — well, the doors of five different stays — and kicks off an adventure we’ve spent months building with a lot of excitement: a space designed for the LGBTQIA+ community to book hourly stays in Barcelona quickly, discreetly and without any hassle.
We’re not a hotel, and we don’t run the rooms ourselves. We work as a marketplace — think something like Booking, but built from the ground up for our community — listing and connecting guests with verified stays, taking care of every detail along the way.
So welcome, welcome, welcome to TutiRooms. Here’s why this project exists and what you’ll find here.
Why TutiRooms exists
Barcelona has no shortage of hourly accommodation. What we were missing, as a community, was a place where the whole process — from the booking form to arrival — felt comfortable from start to finish, without having to explain yourself or fit into a box that isn’t yours.
That’s why TutiRooms was born around a simple idea: create an inclusive, judgment-free space for the LGBTQIA+ community, where booking a private room for a few hours is just as easy as booking any other stay. Nothing more, nothing less.
What you’ll find on the site
For this first day, here’s what’s already live:
- 5 active locations in Barcelona’s Eixample district, each with its own character.
- Book in a minute: choose a location, room type and time slot, then fill in a short form. No sign-up, no accounts, no friction.
- Confirmation on WhatsApp, with the address and everything you need to get there without a hitch.
- Pay on arrival: no online payments, no stored cards.
- Launch pricing across every room type (basic, with jacuzzi, and with pool) as we get started.
- Your room, always ready: a sealed pack of sheets and 2 towels per booking, with a reinforced cleaning protocol between guests.
A space for the whole community
TutiRooms is built for the full diversity that fits under the LGBTQIA+ umbrella, without distinction. Our only requirement is the respectful conduct set out in our house rules, and that you’re 18 or older — something we confirm at every booking.

What’s next
This blog is one more piece of the project, and we want it to grow with Barcelona guides, LGBTQIA+ events and content about inclusive hospitality. We’ll also keep adding locations and improving the booking experience as we hear from you. We’re taking it step by step, but with plenty of enthusiasm.
